- One Question: Got the screen first white, or is it black all the time
- since you turned your Amiga on ?!?
-
- 1.If your screen got white during "setup" und turned to black, when the
- insert-workbenchdisk-screen should appear and you have a multiscan
- monitor which you run with an adaptercable the adaptercable itself
- could be the problem (I had this problem for a few months...).
-
- 2.If your screen stays black all the time since turning on, then its
- really shitty (I had this problem with another Amiga too, but I
- couldn`t solve it...)
-
- If your problem looks like number 1, you may need an adaptercable with
- a small IC and not only the connection between the RGB-pins, the
- V- and H-sync and ground. Contact me if this is your problem, I will
- tell you how to build such an adaptercable out of simple pin-2-pin
- connector-adaptercable.
